Meet HarmenRost van Tonningen, Sommelier
If he’s not playing with his daughter or walking the dogs, he’s reading about wine, smelling wine, tasting wine or… sailing.
Raised in Europe, he has enjoyed working in the wine, culinary and restaurant business for over twenty years, from cheese cellars to Five Diamond Resorts.
While his knowledge of wine has been noted as “vast and impressive” his laid back, down to earth attitude, enthusiasm and passion for sharing good food and great wine is contagious, enlightening and fun!
Harmen is a Certified Sommelier recognized by the Court of Master Sommeliers.
He is available to conduct private wine tastings, facilitate “bottle shock dinners”, and provide private collection consultation.
